Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200
After
the successful sales achieved in 2011 with the Tiger 800, Triumph launches the new Tiger Explorer 1200 at EICMA. The new Tiger 1200 comes on the market with all credentials to play a leading role in the maxi enduro segment. He does it with a brand new triple 1200 cc engine announced for about 140 hp. Despite the aesthetic similarities with the current engine of 1050 cc, the new Triple 1200 is really a unique project fitted with a shaft drive transmission and equipped with all the latest in electronics. Standard with the new Tiger Explorer you we will find Ride by WireThrottle, traction control and ABS. No surprise by the chassis a classic tubular trellis frame with 17” and 19” wheels and adjustable suspension. A big windshield and a cockpit that delivers any kind of information are also standard on this bike.
