INFORMATION NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF THE CODE PURSUANT TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION  (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003)        

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereinafter also referred to as "Code"), we would like to inform you that any personal information requested in this section will be included in the consumer list of EICMA Spa., Data Controller, and will be handled with the aid of computerised or telematic means and/or in paper form, suitable, however, for the purpose of guaranteeing the safekeeping and confidentiality related to said handling

- for the purpose of sending informative, advertising or promotional material;
- for the purpose of assessing customer satisfaction regarding the quality of services offered, conducting studies and market research and organizing promotional activities;
- for statistical and scientific purposes;
- for the purpose of complying with any possible legal obligations.

Said data may be communicated, solely for the above mentioned purposes, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies and consultancy companies specializing in market research subject, however, to the adoption, by same, of all the necessary criteria inherent in the safekeeping and confidentiality of said data.
In accordance with said Code, the individual concerned is automatically conferred with the rights stipulated in art. 7. In particular, the individual concerned reserves the right to obtain, from the data controller, confirmation regarding the presence or otherwise of personal information related to him/her as well as communication of same in an intelligible form. The individual concerned may, likewise, request information regarding the origin of said personal data as well as the logic and aims on which said handling is based; obtain cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of said data if handled in violation of the law as well as the updating, amendment or, should he/she be interested, the integration of said data; furthermore, the individual concerned reserves the right, for legitimate reasons, to oppose handling of his/her personal data.
The individual concerned may exercise these rights by writing to the Data controller at EICMA Spa – Via A. Da Recanate 1 – 20124 – MILANO.
