The Noale-based brand has been the last to equipe its super sports bikes with semi-active suspensions. Now the moment seems to have arrived: between Mugello and Imola circuits the improvement in lap time, thanks to the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0, is half a second on average and the test drivers agreed in giving the O.K. for what concerns the feeling, so the very effective Italian Aprilia RSV4 Factory superbike arrives on the two-wheel market by adopting this solution. The endless possibilities of adjusting frame, brakes and engine (217 hp and 122 Nm of maximum torque) remain unchanged.
