Thanks to the pre-registration service, after receiving your ticket in PDF format, you can go directly to the Exhibition.
Just fill in the form, attaching the required documentation (Chamber of Commerce certificate or letter of invitation from the exhibiting company and business card, passport or identity document).
Your data will be verified, and if compliant, you’ll receive by mail your free ticket valid from 8^th november to 12^th november 2023.

By registering you will have the possibility to access the new EICMA BUSINESS MEETING platform.
The free online platform that will allow you to get in direct contact with EICMA exhibitors.
You will be able to organize B2B meetings, develop business relationships and expand your business by optimizing your time spent at EICMA.
Through the new digital section you can manage your appointments using the electronic agenda.

You’ll receive a message with ID and Psw.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA

The procedure to get visa takes certain time so please contact the Italian consulate of your country to get all info. We will be able to reply to all requests received within October 10th 2023. After this date, we can’t guarantee that the Visa will be issued in time.

To facilitate the booking procedures at the VFS Visa Center in Shanghai, a dedicated email address for trade fair events has been established: groupsha.italycn@vfsglobal.com

When you’ll receive Invitation Letter by EICMA, please kindly write to this email address and it will be possible to access a dedicated "fast track" that will allow all Chinese exhibitors/operators to obtain an appointment.

The Vfs in Shangai will contact Chinese exhibitors/operators to schedule appointments.

Italian Embassy in Canton

Exhibitors and visitors with EICMA Invitation Letter will be contacted by the Consulate by phone to schedule the appointment. We kindly ask all applicants NOT to book online.

Having examined the information policy pursuant to article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016:

COMPULSORY: In consideration of the criminal responsibilities deriving from art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 25 July 1998 and subsequent amendments, by flagging this declaration we undertake to:
1. Provide to EICMA all the information necessary to send to the consular authorities, in particular first name, surname, passport number, date of birth and role in the company of the subjects for whom the preparation of a letter of invitation will be requested, as well as the name of the subject that bears the cost of food and accommodation and, if necessary, the name of the place where the subjects concerned will be staying;
2. Guarantee to EICMA that the information as per point 1 is truthful and complete;
3. Confirm to EICMA that the people whose names are or will be shown for the purposes of the issue of the visas will remain in the places indicated;
4. Guarantee to EICMA having legitimately acquired the personal information of the subjects concerned which we will send you for the purposes of the issue of a business visa;
5. Relieve and hold EICMA harmless of any consequences whatsoever that may derive from the infringement by ourselves, or by the people whose names we will provide, for the purposes of the issue of the visa.
