EICMA 2025: MOTOLIVE CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF ADRENALINE WITH MOTORSPORT LEGENDS

The 82nd edition of the International Two-wheeler Exhibition sees the return of twin-cylinder races and the Champions Charity Race. Twelve stars will compete in the Legend category, with more than 35 world titles between them: here is the entry list. Special guest of the four-day EICMA event: Kevin Schwantz

The roar of engines and applause are set to resound louder than ever: MotoLive, the EICMA arena, is celebrating its 20th anniversary and promises a thrilling 2025 edition. From November 6 to 9, at Fiera Milano Rho, the more than 60,000 square meters of the outdoor area of the International Two-wheeler Exhibition will once again be transformed into the most eagerly awaited stage for races, breathtaking shows, entertainment from the central stage, and acrobatic stunts.

Among the most eagerly awaited events at MotoLive is undoubtedly the return of the Champions Charity Race, a series of pursuit duels that will see more than forty riders take to the track, including true motorsport legends, in two categories: Rally and Legend.

The organizers today unveiled the 2025 entry list for the Legend category, which will race on Saturday, September 9, and Sunday, September 10, on specialized single-cylinder flat track bikes, and it is mind-boggling: more than 35 world titles, the ultimate in motorsport on asphalt and dirt. Among the asphalt champions are Troy Bayliss, Carlos Checa, Marco Melandri, Alex Gramigni, Jeremy McWilliams, and Thomas Chareyre. The off-road specialists respond with Stefan Everts, Christophe Pourcel, Chicco Chiodi, David Philippaerts, and Marco Belli.

The official manufacturers will also be on the track: Beta, TM, Yamaha, and Ducati, which will bring a special Desmo450 MX flat track bike to the race, entrusted to six-time world champion Francesco Cecchini. The prototype of a Honda CRF 450 with carbon frame by Picasso Engineering is also underway!

After the success of the 2023 and 2024 editions, on Thursday 7 and Friday 8, the twin-cylinder maxi enduro bikes, the queens of the market, will also be back on track. For this segment, the same formula will be used with pursuit races and the presence of 16 different brands, which will field their riders chosen from among ambassadors and the best off-road specialists linked to their respective brands. The manufacturers at the starting gates: Aprilia, Benelli, BMW, CFMOTO, Fantic Motor, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kove, KTM, Moto Morini, MV Agusta, QJ Motor, Triumph, Voge, and Yamaha.

Finally, the special guest of EICMA 2025: Kevin Schwantz. For the entire four days, the iconic Texan champion will take to the track at the head of the final parade after each race.
