The curtain falls on the 82nd edition of EICMA – International Two-Wheeler Exhibition, and once again this year the results are record-breaking. In six days, more than 600,000 visitors, including the public, professionals, industry operators, and the media, confirmed the success of an edition that combined entertainment, business opportunities, and passion, confirming its status as a global benchmark for the industry, bikers, and motorcycle culture.
With over 730 exhibitors from 50 countries and more than 2,000 brands represented, EICMA 2025 consolidates the growth recorded in recent years and reaffirms its international dimension. The strength of the exhibition event lies in the numbers: from the post-Covid edition of 2021 to today, visitors, exhibitors, and floor space have literally doubled.
The 2025 figures for B2B operators are also significant: more than 43,000 professionals from 167 countries, profiled and accredited to higher standards than in the past, brought the pavilions to life on the days reserved for the sector, generating new networking and business opportunities. Particularly significant in this area was the increase in foreign operators, which rose by a solid 28% compared to 2024. In terms of communication, there was a further increase in the presence of journalists, media, technicians, and content creators, who exceeded 8,200 from 67 countries.
Among the most popular attractions at this year's event was the 20th anniversary of MotoLive, the outdoor arena covering over 60,000 square meters, the largest ever, which thrilled the audience with races, acrobatic shows, trials, competitions with twin-cylinder adventure bikes, and the extraordinary Champions Charity Race broadcast live on television, which brought together twelve motorsport legends for a good cause.
The exhibition was further enriched by the “Desert Queens” exhibition, created in collaboration with ASO – Amaury Sport Organisation: a tribute to the history and legend of the Dakar Rally, with 31 original motorcycles on display for the first time in Italy, and daily meetings with the protagonists of the world's most famous rally, which attracted more than 42,000 visitors.
The Y.U.M. – Your Urban Mobility area was also a great success, where thousands of visitors were able to try out more than 40 vehicles, including scooters, mopeds, and electric and endothermic quadricycles, free of charge. This 4,000 m² area confirmed EICMA's ability to interpret new trends in urban mobility.
The 2025 edition spoke the language of emotions with its slogan “That's Amore,” a hymn to the passion that unites manufacturers, riders, and the public. From the Tattoo Station, where more than 80,000 temporary tattoos were applied, to the central MotoLive stage, to the experiential content spread throughout the pavilions, passing through the Adventuring Area and the area dedicated to Start-ups and safety with the Police, the theme of belonging and love for two wheels permeated every space of the event.
The Gaming Area also confirmed its popularity, attracting thousands of young and not-sto-young alike to play on the simulators. Covering an impressive area of over 300 square meters, the largest ever created, visitors were able to enjoy immersive riding experiences thanks to eight state-of-the-art simulators with real motorcycles. The challenges at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli provided adrenaline and entertainment, enriched by the presence of VIPs, influencers, and international riders.
Finally, the extraordinary mobility plan implemented by EICMA with ATM, the Municipality of Milan, and Trenord was very well received. Thanks to the intelligent participation of the public and their behavior, more than 15,000 free parking spaces in the city, enhanced connections, and rail concessions ensured a smoother, more sustainable, and orderly visitor experience and access than in the past, despite EICMA's significant impact on the Milan metropolitan area, contributing to the success and record numbers of this edition.
“EICMA 2025 marks the full consecration of the transition from trade fair to global and attractive exhibition event,” said EICMA President Pietro Meda and CEO Paolo Magri. "We have worked hard to increase content, improve access to the exhibition, and enhance the visitor experience. The impressive numbers and quality of the content demonstrate how the event has become a unique experience that combines business, innovation, and passion. Credit and our thanks also go to the exhibitors and our partners, who believed and invested in this evolution, helping to make EICMA a lively place that showcases the present and future of the two-wheel industry."
With a total area of over 300,000 square meters and a rich and constantly evolving offering, EICMA 2025 closes on a high note of participation, innovation, and shared passion. The date has already been set for next year, from November 3 to 8, when the event will return to Fiera Milano Rho to write a new chapter in its century-long history.
Moto Guzzi arrives at EICMA 2025 without any revolutions but with a range that has been refreshed in recent years and is now perfectly in line with the times. From the V7 to the eclectic V85, and on to the tech-forward Stelvio, each model still has plenty to say. The strategy of Moto Guzzi is clear: enhance the current lineup through new colour schemes inspired by the brand’s history and tradition. The V7 Stone, the essential soul of the family, gains the new Sabbia Camo livery, while the V7 Special adds two glossy variants, Nero Smeraldo and Bianco 1969. The V7 Sport—recognisable by its upside-down fork, twin front discs, bar-end mirrors, and seat with red stitching—sees the return of the charming Rosso Monza to the catalogue. As for the V85, the urban-focused Strada version adopts Verde Legnano and Rosso Monza, a nod to the brand’s heritage. The standard V85 TT pays tribute to nature: Giallo Wadi evokes the beds of desert streams, while Grigio Yanar Dag with red accents is inspired by Azerbaijan’s eternal flames. The V85 TT Travel, featuring a 23-litre tank, touring windscreen, Urban panniers, heated grips and seat, and the Moto Guzzi MIA platform, wears the brand-new Blu Zefiro. Last but not least, the 2026 Stelvio introduces the Grigio Climbing and Verde Hiking liveries, colours that recall outdoor equipment. Finally, the Stelvio Duecento Tributo remains in the range— a limited edition in white, red, and blue dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the Stelvio Pass.

Among the keywords that best define the 2025 edition of EICMA are “safety” and “style”— and both concepts immediately bring Shoei to mind. The Japanese helmet manufacturer is showcasing some interesting new products to the Milan Fair, covering just about every market segment. The J•O2 open-face helmet has been developed for riders who love feeling at one with their surroundings. It is available in eight colours and four graphics. The snap buttons on the forehead area allow the attachment of optional peak visors. The six sizes (from XS to XXL) are built using four different outer shells. For the 2026 model, the integrated CJ-4 sun visor has been enlarged to meet ECE 22/06 regulations. This feature now also characterizes the Hornet ADV 06 crossover helmet, which likewise comes in six sizes derived from four shells. In the 2026 collection, it will be offered in five colours and two graphics. Another new feature for EICMA is the FIM 02–approved version of the X-SPR Pro racing helmet. The new X-SPR Pro 02 will be available in white and matte black at dealerships in early 2026. Last but not least, among the previews is the GT-Air 3 Smart, which marks the debut of an integrated HUD (head-up display) visor. This system allows GPS directions, speed information, and phone calls to be projected into the rider’s field of view on the integrated sun visor. The GT-Air 3 Smart helmet and the Eyelights HUD system will be sold separately from the end of next year.

Jeréz de la Frontera is a special place for Kove. On the Spanish circuit in 2024, the brand achieved the first-ever international championship victory for a Chinese production motorcycle. In 2025, the 350RR experienced another moment of glory there, carrying Beñat Fernández to the SSP300 World Championship title. To celebrate this achievement, Kove is unveiling the new 350RR Jerez at EICMA. The bike inherits that legacy and racing spirit. Its 344 cc twin-cylinder engine is all-new and weighs 2.7 kg less than before. It tips the scales at just 36.7 kg, helping keep the overall weight down to 164 kg. Maximum output is 35 kW (47.6 hp) and torque is 32.2 Nm. The rider can manage it all by choosing between two riding modes, Sport and Eco. The steel frame has been reinforced. As for the suspension, the front features a 37 mm upside-down fork, while the rear is equipped with a preload-adjustable monoshock. The 17” wheels come with 110/70 and 150/60 tyres. The brake discs measure 320 mm and 220 mm, with ABS keeping them in check, paired with electronic traction control. Standard equipment also includes full LED lighting and a high-definition TFT display.

At the International Motorcycle Exhibition, there seems to be a small boom in the custom segment. Contributing to the trend is Mondial, which is unveiling the Spartan 600. The bike is a twin-cylinder bobber with a standout look and an interesting technical package. Under the 17.5-liter fuel tank sits a 554 cc twin that delivers 65 hp at 8,250 rpm and 54 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The engine is mounted in a tubular steel frame, supported by an upside-down fork and a monoshock, both adjustable. Curb weight is 204 kg, while the seat stands 710 mm off the ground. The round headlight and Mondial-branded exhaust nod to classic cruisers, as do the tires, sized 130/90-16" at the front and 150/80-16" at the rear. The matte grey-black paint scheme with beige accents works well, highlighting the bike’s character without going overboard. The Spartan 600 will make its debut during 2026.

Visitors of EICMA 2025 don’t find in the halls just the big brands dominating the sales charts. There are also lesser-known manufacturers, among them GR1T, an international start-up which, with the support of Rimini-based Wheelab, is presenting two models. These are the G1S Street and the G1X Scrambler, both built on the same technical platform. What they share is a frame that combines steel elements with aluminium components. The project’s priorities are compactness and practicality. To give a few figures: the wheelbase is just 1,345 mm, while the claimed weight is under 130 kg. As for performance, the electric motor delivers a nominal output of 11 kW—a value that allows 16-year-olds with an A1 licence to ride the G1 models. Peak power is 36 hp and top speed is 130 km/h. The real highlight of the GR1T G1, however, is the pair of removable batteries. They can therefore be conveniently recharged at home or at the office from any standard power outlet. The batteries themselves are also available in different sizes, depending on whether the priority is range or lightness. The standard units have a total capacity of around 6 kWh, providing a stated range of roughly 150 km. Deliveries will begin in 2027.

Kicking off the festivities is the Vespa 80th special series, offered on the Vespa Primavera and Vespa GTS platforms. Its main distinguishing feature is the Verde Pastello livery, a pastel green shade echoed in numerous details. Completing the package are special logos and badges. In the Piaggio exhibition area, the 2026 model-year Vespa Primavera and Sprint S also take the stage, featuring technical, functional and design updates. A sharp eye will notice newly designed 12-inch wheels and the debut of a 220 mm rear disc brake. All versions regain the retractable hook under the handlebar, while keyless ignition appears on models above 50 cc. Vespa Primavera and Sprint S are available with combustion engines in 50, 125 and 150 cc displacements, as well as with an electric powertrain, homologated either as a moped (Am license) or as a motorcycle (A1 license).
