Kawasaki has further refined the performance of its two hybrid motorcycles: the Z7 and the the Ninja 7 have received software updates. The tweaks, developed by keeping in mind the feedback from riders and specialist media, optimise the ECU management.
The most significant change is the extension of the manual switch to EV mode (100% electric), now available up to 60 km/h instead of 25 km/h: an upgrade that makes the motorcycles more practical for use in city traffic and zero-emission areas. At the same time, Sport mode has been enhanced with the introduction of an automatic transmission (AT) function, previously restricted to manual control via paddle shifters.
