At EICMA 2025, Aprilia unveils the new SR GT 400, a mid-size GT scooter with a sporty DNA. This model is designed to handle both urban commuting and adventurous journeys. It’s built around an entirely new chassis, engineered to balance precise on-road handling with control when the asphalt ends. The SR GT 400’s ace up its sleeve is its motorcycle-style front fork, featuring a double yoke mounting to the frame. Off-road, the deeply treaded tyres also prove to be valuable allies. The technical specs reveal a solid power-to-weight ratio: in running order, the Aprilia tips the scales at 186 kg, while its liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine delivers 36 hp. Standard equipment on the Aprilia SR GT 400 includes a 5-inch TFT display, keyless system, and both traction control and ABS, which are adjustable and can be deactivated. The underseat compartment can accommodate a full-face helmet and other items, while the windscreen is height-adjustable in five positions.
