What is the Sustainable Exhibitor Award
The Sustainable Exhibitor Award is an initiative that rewards exhibitors, who through conscious choices and responsible practices contribute to reducing the environmental impact of the event, while increasing the social and economic value generated.
Who can partecipate?
All exhibitors present at EICMA 2025 can apply.
How to apply?
Participating is simple, here is the path to applying:
- Riceive the questionnaire
By September you will receive an official questionnaire via e-mail, useful for collecting information on the sustainable actions and initiatives adopted for your participation in EICMA 2025.
- Tell about your virtuous practices
Fill out the questionnaire describing the initiatives implemented, for example:- choice of materials with low environmental impact;
- waste management methods;
- safety and accessibility initiatives;
- Submit your application
Follow the instructions contained in the email and fill out the questionnaire by the indicated deadline.
- Wait for the results
A dedicated team will evaluate the nominations, and the three most virtuous exhibitors will be awarded during EICMA 2025 with visibility and official recognition.
