Visitors with disabilities can collect their tickets exclusively at the cash desk on the day of their visit. To receive free admission, visitors must present a valid disability card or equivalent certification — no specific percentage is required. A free admission ticket is granted to the visitor and their accompanying adult, who must be 18 years of age or older.
Throughout the Fiera Milano exhibition center, there are equipped routes and services that ensure accessibility to all areas, including for people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

The Mi1-Mi3 ticket is valid for 90 minutes and usable on trains, underground lines and urban transport.
The stations of the Passante ferroviario (Milano Lancetti, Milano Porta Garibaldi Passante, Milano Repubblica, Milano Porta Venezia, Milano Dateo, Milano Porta Vittoria) are directly connected to EICMA through S5 Varese-Milano-Treviglio and S6 Novara-Milano-Pioltello lines.
For those using the S1 Lodi-Milano-Saronno, S2 Milano Rogoredo-Mariano Comense, S12 Melegnano-Milano-Cormano Cusano Milanino, S13 Garbagnate-Milano-Pavia lines, EICMA can be reached with a single change at one of the Passante stations, with the S5 and S6 lines.
