Zero Motorcycles unveiled the new LS1 at EICMA 2025 — a compact and efficient electric scooter. The LS1’s ace up its sleeve is the dual removable battery pack, housed beneath the floorboard. But that’s not all: the under-seat compartment can accommodate an optional third battery. This boosts the total range from 115 to an impressive 170 kilometers, setting a new benchmark in the urban electric scooter segment. The batteries can be recharged with the standard 800W charger in 4.5 hours (from 0 to 95%), while just 3 hours are needed to go from 20% to 80%. Those in a hurry can choose the optional 1500W fast charger, which roughly halves the charging time. The centrally mounted motor ensures a low center of gravity, laying the foundation for excellent agility in city traffic, aided by the short wheelbase and low seat height. On the tech side, ABS and TCS traction control guarantee maximum safety in all conditions. With a top speed of 100 km/h, the Zero LS1 handles ring roads and suburban routes with ease. It can be ridden with A1 license, and the first deliveries are scheduled for the second half of December 2025.
