Dear Exhibitor,

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that no external agency is authorized to offer and/or receive advertising in catalogs or guides in the name and/or on behalf of Eicma Spa. All promotional initiatives of this nature are carried out directly and exclusively by Eicma Spa.

We have learned that some companies/entities are contacting exhibitors at various events, offering paid advertising in virtual catalogs available on their websites, using the names of trade fairs, Italian trade shows, and exhibiting companies.

Eicma Spa has never authorized any of these companies to use its trademarks and other data, and is completely unrelated to the activities carried out by them. If you receive forms/contracts from third parties other than Eicma Spa, we advise you to read all the terms and conditions very carefully before signing any purchase agreement, as it would have no value or commitment for Eicma Spa. The above-mentioned companies also provide forms that appear to be requests for confirmation of data for free inclusion in online guides. The form bears the name of our exhibition, but is in no way connected to our events or their organization!

A cursory reading may fail to reveal that sending the forms with the correct data is equivalent to signing up for a paid advertisement. We urge our exhibitors who receive a similar proposal to pay close attention, carefully reading the characteristics of the document, in the full knowledge that this is not a simple “data update” but rather a “paid data update.”

In these offer letters, the above-mentioned companies use the names of Italian and foreign events, including Eicma Spa.

In this regard, we would like to reiterate that the aforementioned companies have NEVER been authorized by Eicma Spa to use its name and/or logo, let alone data relating to exhibiting companies, and have NEVER been commissioned to collect advertising on behalf of Eicma Spa.

Eicma Spa is completely unrelated to the activities carried out by the aforementioned companies and is in no way responsible for them.
