TRADE VISITORS

ATTENTION: the following categories will NOT be accepted, please DO NOT make the registration: FMI members (dedicated purchase available on the FMI website), Media and press (dedicated registration available on Eicma website), Motorcycle clubs, Schools, Sports clubs/associations (including amateur), Travel agencies and tour operators, Websites/apps for motorcycle travel and meetups.

To proceed with the registration, you must complete the form and attach the following documentation:

• Chamber of Commerce certificate or an extract from the relevant Commercial Register, issued in 2026;

• a valid ID.

ATTENTION: only documents in Italian or English will be accepted.

Your data and documents will be verified. If they meet the required criteria, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your PDF entry ticket. The ticket will be valid for any day from Tuesday, November 3rd to Sunday, November 8th, 2026. Please refer to the dedicated page for opening hours.
Once you have received your ticket, please download it and proceed directly to the turnstiles.

ATTENTION: Pre-registration is reserved for those over 18 years old only, for under-age people it won’t be possible to request the operator pass either online or at the ticket office. (could be required to present a valid ID; failure to provide such documentation may result in the denial of access to the Event).

By registering, you will have access to the EICMA BUSINESS MEETING platform, a free online service that will enable you to connect directly with EICMA exhibitors. The platform will be available starting in October.
You will be able to arrange B2B meetings, develop business relationships, and expand your business by optimizing your time at EICMA. Through the digital section, you can manage your appointments using the electronic scheduler.
ATTENTION: You will be able to use the service only if your data has been validated, and you have received an approval email containing your access credentials.
