Welcome back Yamaha WR125R, a light and easy-to-ride dual sport conceived for A1 and B licenses holders. Its design features bold horizontal lines, highlighted by the front cowl with twin LED headlights. Behind it a multifunction LCD display with smartphone connectivity. The seat is 875 mm high and has a narrow shape to make it easier to put feet on the ground. The steel semi-double cradle frame is paired with a 41 mm KYB fork and a Monocross rear suspension. The bike rides on spoked wheels, a 21-inch front and an 18-inch rear, fitted with Dunlop D605 knobby tires. The liquid-cooled engine features a Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) system with two different intake cam profiles. It delivers a maximum output of 10.7 kW (14.5 hp) and peak torque of 11 Nm, all while complying with the latest EU5+ regulations and offering a claimed fuel consumption of 2.3 l/100 km. The WR125R will be available in Icon Blue and Yamaha Black.
