At EICMA Riding Fest, Yamaha is offering a wide range of test rides and activities aimed for all kind of passionate enthusiasts.
At stands 58–60, visitors will be able to test the R1, R9 and the new R7 supersport models on the track. On Saturday 2 May, Alessandro Del Bianco, Yamaha DMR Racing team rider in the CIV SBK, will meet fans to share his experiences and offer a behind-the-scenes look at the world of racing. As for road tests, bikes from the MT and Tracer ranges (including those with Y-AMT transmission) will be available, as well as the Ténéré 700 in its World Raid and Rally versions. To round off the experience, the new “Ride Different” hospitality truck offers a space specially designed to welcome the Yamaha community. The three-day event also includes specific initiatives to encourage people to take up riding: the “Girl Full Power” project, organised in collaboration with Donne in sella, is dedicated to female riders, whilst younger riders can access the #Hashtag125 area with the WR125 R. Finally, the Kids’ area, thanks to the support of Italian Motorcycling Federation, also offers the chance to test ride the PW50 models. Technical support and tyres for the track activities will be provided by technical partner Dunlop.
