Part of the new Kawasaki motorcycles range are also the sporty Ninja e-1 and the naked Z e-1. Both e-bikes use the same technical base, partly shared with 400cc twin-cylinder-engine sisters, and can also be ridden with A1 and B licenses. Their max power output is in fact 12 hp, which the rider can exploit by opting between two Riding Modes: Eco and Road. However, the e-1s also feature two additional functions: e-Boost, which gives max performance for 15 seconds, and Walk, which facilitates maneuvering from a standstill, complete with reverse. Two removable batteries are included, providing a max range of 72 km. Among main features, all-digital TFT colour instrumentation, that enables riders to connect to their motorcycle wirelessly.
