The Kove 450 Rally EX will be the Chinese brand's competitor in the upcoming Dakar Rally. Kove gets the most of this bike to performe at its best: it weighs 128 kg (dry weight) and its three tanks have a total capacity of 34 liters. The engine is completely new: it is a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 449.9 cc engine with double overhead camshaft timing. As for the chassis, Kove relies on J.Juan for a fully adjustable upside-down fork and a progressive link monoshock, also fully adjustable. Brakes are by Taisko, and on the Kove 450 Rally EX we find a single floating disc with a two-piston caliper at the front and a single disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. Notable features include a roadbook turret, handguards, adjustable risers with dampers and an Akrapovič exhaust.
