SIDI Sport acquired by Italmobiliare

SIDI Sport, a historic Italian brand active in the production and sale of sports shoes for cycling and motorcycling activities, is ready to take a crucial step into the future, thanks to the acquisition by Italmobiliare. With this transaction, Italmobiliare - an investment holding company listed on the Milan stock exchange - continues on its path, aimed at supporting the industrial excellences of our country. A strategy that promotes the acquisition of important and innovative Made in Italy companies, to accompany them on a development path. Davide Rossetti has been appointed CEO of SIDI, while Davide Cassani - former pro cyclist and former technical commissioner of the Italian national cycling team - joined the company’s board.
