On the EICMA’s catwalk of this year Suzuki will also exhibit the new V-Strom 800SE. Compared to its sister V-Strom 800DE, the new born from Hamamatsu is characterized by a greater touring nature, also thanks to the 19” front wheel. Changes, however, don’t end here: this bike now features alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, the ideal solution for those riders who want to reach any destination in maximum safety. The suspension department can count on Showa fork adjustable in preload and a monoshock adjustable in return and preload via an adjuster. Ergonomics have also been revised in order to improve riding position, with a seat height of 825mm. The new V-Strom 800RE uses the same new 776cc parallel twin engine as the DE presented at EICMA last year.
